Does anyone recognize this dog???

Attached please find pictures of a shitzu that is in my shelter, that I believe has been stolen, he is a hanging victim, he came to me neutered, and was completely matted estimation on his last hair cut to be about 2 years ago, he was originally neutered, no chip, was being chased by a bunch of young children with ropes, when I bystander stepped in and threw a blanket over him to rescue him. He will tolerate grooming, so at one time he had a good relationship with humans, but has a hard time on a leash, this was in the Philadelphia area, he was probably missing 2 years ago. any information would be helpful, please not alot of e-mails I have a limited staff. 732-251-3210, I am at the phone 7-10 1m eastern time. thank you Linda Frederick
